Hams Hall Power Stations A, B & C

The City of Birmingham  Electricity Supply Department started the construction of Hams Hall A Power Station in 1928. After nationalisation in 1948 it was taken over by the British Electricity Authority until 1955. By 1956 there were three power stations operating on the site.
